Hi Mom.

I just want to go on record and express my extreme dislike for the office-sneak-up-behind-you-and-massage-you guy. You know who I mean. Every office has him. It's the guy who has no respect whatsoever for your personal space. He just creeps up from behind and starts massaging your neck. His uncomfortable advances are usually paired with a request for some help doing his job so perhaps the massage is some kind of awkward attempt at persuasion. I wonder if these people realize that it actually repels instead of persuades. Anyway... next week i'll talk about the guy who starts a conversation at the urinal.

Pool

I opened the pool this weekend. Well... not really. I actually have no idea how to "open" a pool. There are chemicals to add - I know that much. I learned a little about Household electrical wiring too. Very eventful weekend.

My daughter turned 1 year old. She wore a sailor suit. Everybody at the party had a great time. The two of us took the day off today to recuperate. She played with her new toys and I played with my new carpet.

Also, it turns out that Dora the Explorer is not as bad as I had initially thought.

Bakery

I have a bakery right down the block from my house. Right now, the entire neighborhood smells like the best breakfast ever. cool.

I have the programming bug again. I have been facinated by Java for the last few weeks. Why do I think that this is important enough to post on my web site? I have no idea. Whatever...

Nice...

I am so tired. I have been playing with Fedora Core 2 for the last few days. I have not slept much. The Sopranos was pretty good tonight. I need more power tools.
